With our in-house design team we can help put an idea into a computer aided 3 dimensional vision. This also allows assemblies to be designed and checked for function and fit prior to the build. We can read many different file types and work with many different CAD programs.
Fabrication Services
Omni Metals manufactures components, assemblies, sub-assemblies, cabinets, and frames utilizing a wide variety of materials including cold rolled steel (CRS), Galvanized steel, Galvaneal, Copper, Brass, Lexan and other manufacturing materials. Metal and Plastic fabrication to RoHS and REACH compliant standards if needed.
Job Tracking
All jobs and operations are controlled by a system called MIEtrak. A bar coded tracking system that allows us to know where and at what stage in the process your job is at. This speeds up communication with the customer and insures all fabrication operations are complete.
Finishing Services
Powder Coating, Painting or any form of Plating or Anodizing Omni Metals can help. With our in-house Powder Coating and silk screening we can offer a long lasting durable interior or exterior finish to fit your needs.
Assembly Services
Assemble, wire, and test your completed product. We can deliver a completed product direct to you or your customer.
Shipping Services
With a fleet of trucks we can deliver your product in the New England area or ship it common carrier cross the country. With GPS tracking on all vehicles we are in constant touch with our drives for those last minute changes. We also have shipped product internationally should the need arise.
